I took my first Art of Living Course more than five years ago, and I have not missed a single day of practice since then! I am a happier, healthier, more loving, more at peace individual as a result of my involvement with the Art of Living. My family and the people at work noticed something different and better about me after I began practicing the Art of Living teachings. I am grateful to all my teachers, to all my friends and especially to His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for the new me! I would highly recommend the Art of Living to everyone, without reservation.
The Art of Living Foundation's Happiness Course is an empowering program of self-knowledge, strength, and inner-peace. By utilizing the breathing, meditation, and exercise practices emphasized during the course, I have seen significant improvement in my problem-solving skills, courage, and general health. The course facilitators are knowledgeable, friendly, and warm professionals who understand life's demands. They work diligently to impart knowledge and resources to assist participants to meet and overcome their personal challenges.
I truly enjoyed the Art of Living Happiness program. The experience is intellectually satisfying and emotionally enriching. All the knowledge shared is so logical, practical and relevant that it can be applied to improve many facets of our day to day life. The breathing practices and simple tools taught in the course have gradually and unknowingly brought several positive changes in my life. I have learned to be more at peace with myself and the environment around me. Going through Art of Living workshops has made me bloom into a person that is not afraid to feel and express love. I used to be the girl in the party that sits down at the table while everybody else was dancing, afraid of what people would think. Now I just move, and I enjoy music and people. I'm always myself. I developed this freedom through breathing and meditating. When I meditate, I am happy, relaxed, and I can't help but smile. Knowing how to breathe and meditate is the most empowering thing I've learned, because now I can take happiness with me wherever I go.
